KEEMAKE Kitchen Knife German Stainless Steel Sharp Chef Meat Cutlery Wood Handle

I ordered this set to replace some old cheap knives that I had been using for decades. They were rusty, didn't hold their sharpness, and weren't very good even when new. Now that I have these new knives, I wonder why I waited so long to replace the old ones. This set of three KEEMAKE knives arrived carefully packaged in a sturdy box with sealed foam padding holding the knives in place. Upon opening the box, I was impressed with the feel of the handles and the perfect finish of the wood. The handles fit snugly into the supports, without any gaps or overlaps. The second thing I noticed was that the blades were very sharp. I have never received a knife in the mail that was this sharp. All three were able to easily shave the hair on my arm without any sharpening or sharpening. I was really impressed. Needless to say, they also did a great job on the cherry tomatoes I used for testing.
